So close well, I officially quite smoking… but i haven't kicked the nicotine. I've got a vape now, and honestly, I'm OK with that. I'd rather be nicotine free, and I think for a large majority of people this program will do just that, I just wasn't one of them. I appreciated the program though and I can see a time where I will be nicotine free so that's good.

Program sessions are too short I wanted something that was more “hands on” and the sessions were too short for my taste.

Hey Catherine, give it some time and see for yourself if the program works for you. Quite a few of those program participants who were not sure about the program during the first few sessions managed to quit smoking after completing the program!
