2. Subscription Cancelation

If you have any active paid subscriptions on our website at the time of your refund request, we will cancel them for you. Alternatively, you can cancel your active subscriptions on your billing portal.

However, if you are subscribed through our mobile app, you must manually cancel the subscription via iOS or Play Store settings. This is because app store subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google, and we do not have the authority to cancel them on your behalf.
