Our 30-day money-back guarantee is designed to let you try the Quit Guru program without any financial risk.
If you continue to smoke, vape, or use other nicotine products after completing the first 30-day program phase, you are entitled to a full refund. Less than 3% of our clients make a claim, but as long as you complete the first 30-day program phase in full, we will be more than happy to refund you.
1. How It Works
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of completing the first program phase.
Additionally, you must have completed all scheduled daily sessions of the first 30-day program phase without missing (skipping) any sessions.
Our program is designed with evidence-based approaches that require consistent and comprehensive participation to be effective. Completing the first phase as scheduled is essential because it ensures that you have fully engaged with the program’s methodology and have given yourself the best chance to quit nicotine use.
In extraordinary circumstances where exceptions may be considered for missing sessions, please contact our refund team and explain the reason for missing sessions. Our team verifies session completion through our system records, so there is no need for you to submit any additional information.
2. Subscription Cancelation
If you have any active paid subscriptions on our website at the time of your refund request, we will cancel them for you. Alternatively, you can cancel your active subscriptions through your billing portal.
If you are subscribed through our mobile app, you must manually cancel the subscription via iOS or Google Play Store settings. App store subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google, and we do not have the authority to cancel them on your behalf. Failure to cancel app store subscriptions may result in additional charges, for which we are not responsible. Please ensure you cancel your app subscription to avoid any further charges.
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already paid unless you are eligible under our refund policy.

To request a refund, please contact our refund team at [email protected]. Provide your reason for the refund, your payment method, full name, email, phone number, and billing address used to purchase the program.
To help us continually improve and provide the best customer service possible, we ask that you share why you are dissatisfied with the Quit Guru program and include any recommendations for improvement. This feedback is optional and not required to receive your refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
The refund process can take up to 15 business days from the date of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, especially for international transactions.
Once we initiate your refund, you will receive an email confirmation with details of the refund amount and the expected processing time.
5. Refunds for Paid Trials
The initial fee for paid trials (e.g., $1 for a 7-day trial) is non-refundable.
If you decide not to continue with the program, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged the full subscription fee. Canceling during the trial period will prevent future charges, but the initial trial fee will not be refunded.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your trial will automatically convert into a subscription, and you will be charged the regular subscription fee. Refunds for the subscription fee after the trial ends are subject to the terms outlined in Section 6.
6. Refunds for Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Subscription fees are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually).
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Refunds for subscription fees are available under our 30-day money-back guarantee as described in Section 1. If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1, you may request a refund of your subscription fee within 30 days of completing the first program phase.
Outside the Guarantee Period: Outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee, refunds are generally not provided once the billing cycle has started. Exceptions may be made in cases of accidental charges or billing errors. Please contact our refund team at [email protected] for assistance.
7. General Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the conditions specified in this Refund Policy, depending on the type of purchase and payment method.
Refunds will be processed using wire transfer or the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible.
If you purchased the program through a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), refunds are subject to the refund policies of that platform. Please contact the respective customer support for assistance with refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
8. Compliance with Applicable Laws
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
If you believe your refund request has been wrongly denied, you may escalate the matter by contacting our customer support or the appropriate regulatory body in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to accommodate new payment options or changes in our services. Any significant changes will be communicated to you via email or through our Platform, and the updated policy will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
