If you are still smoking within 30 days after completing our quit smoking program, you are entitled to a full refund.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee so that people can try our program without financial risk. Less than 3% of our clients make a claim, but as long as you complete the program in full, we will be more than happy to refund you.

1. How it works

In case you are not satisfied with the results of the quit smoking program after completing it in full, please send us an email with the information below and receive the entire amount you have paid for the program.

Note that no refund will be available if you have skipped program days, except in extraordinary circumstances. Redeemed gift program memberships are not refundable.

3. Refund processing time

The process of refunding you can take up to 15 working days. Once we refund you, you will receive an email indicating the refund was initiated.

Please note that it can take up to several days for your refund to show up on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

4. Improving customer experience

Finally, to help us continually improve and provide the best customer service possible, we ask that you let us know why you are dissatisfied with the Quit Guru program. You may also include recommendations to help us improve the experience for others.

This is, however, optional and not required to get your refund.
